
SHIPPING & RETURNS FAQS
Packaging
Items are packaged in compliance with Federal Postal regulations. We take great care to protect your items with suitable packing materials (bubble mailers, foam peanuts, etc.). If contents are damaged during shipping, please let us know within 24 hours, and then you should contact your local carrier to file a claim. Priority Mail postage automatically includes $50 insurance against damage and/or loss.
In-Stock Items
Orders ship within 48 hours, excluding U.S. observed Holidays and weekends. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our shipping deadline is 3pm Central Time.
Our default shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service. Some custom orders may be shipped by FedEx Ground, if size/weight of package is excessive.

USPS shipping options are First Class, Standard Parcel Post, and Priority Mail.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. When you enter your shipping address, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically before you confirm payment.

Shipping fees include a handling fee as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage costs vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into one order.

Tracking is available with Priority Mail at no extra charge.

International shipping available, per USPS destination allowances.
Out-of-Stock & Customized Items
If your order contains items which have to be custom-made or special-ordered, you will be contacted by email and/or phone. You will be given the option of:

Substituting in-stock items

Removing the unavailable items from the order

Waiting for the items to come back in stock (see "BACKORDERS" below)

Splitting the order into two shipments, with extra shipping fees (see "BACKORDERS" below)

Canceling the order entirely
If your order contains an item which requires additional information and if, after repeated attempts of communication, the customer is unresponsive, Pricilla Mooseburger Originals reserves the right to make the decision with the available information (this may include cancelling the order).
Drop-Shipments:
Occasionally our retail items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These manufacturers may include (but are not limited to): Karen Bell Trick Clown Hats, Jim Howle Clown Noses, Leon McBryde ProKnows, ACME Clown Noses, Halco Santa Suits, Lacey Wigs, Westbay Sepia Wigs, Rocky Five Engraving, Mehron Clown Makeup.
Backorders
If your order contains items which have to be custom-made or special-ordered, and you have indicated that you are willing to wait for them, we will put these items on BACKORDER for you. This means when your items are in stock, we will ship them per your instructions.
If your order contains an item which requires additional information and if, after repeated attempts of communication, the customer is unresponsive, Pricilla Mooseburger Originals reserves the right to make the decision with the available information (this may include cancelling the order).
Returns
No store credit will be given without a Return Authorization number (RA#).
If you wish to return an item, first make sure it qualifies for a return (see list below). Then email info@mooseburger.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Next, include all original packaging and tags, and mail item back to us at your expense to:

Once we receive your package, we will examine the item and apply the store credit to your online account. In some cases, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
To qualify for store credit, you must return an item within 30 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Non-carded and non-sealed make-up, noses, nose tips, socks, anklets, tights, books, DVDs, CDs, used items, special-orders, custom-made items, cut fabric.
If you are not sure if your item qualifies for a return, please contact the office.
"It Fits or We Fix It" Guarantee
When you order a custom costume from Pricilla Mooseburger Originals, we guarantee it will fit. Try it on as soon as you get it. If the costume doesn’t meet your expectations, call us within 30 days. We will do our best to fix or replace your order right way. That's a promise!
